Reviews are accurate! Such a beautiful place. Super clean. Super convenient (right off highway 40). Great staff. Nice breakfast. Great parking. Super safe. The room smelled good, and they took my pups. Pups are additional $30 per pup per night but well worth it. Great job for this hotel. 5 stars all the way!
Loved the fact the hot tub was in service and the pool was actually heated, not just the room was heated… LOL, yeah, some of them will trick you with that one. Anyway, nice place, beds were a little hard for me but no one else complained. Breakfast was small. Not much to write home about but it is there. I’d stay again.
We stayed overnight on Wed, Nov 26th, 2025. We had a wonderful stay, and the staff is great at the Russellville Comfort Inn! I forgot a laptop backpack in the room, and the nice, friendly lady (I think Mary), at the front desk called me quickly. We had family still staying there, and she got the laptop to them promptly! It’s nice to see such honest, friendly people!
This was the best in the town and safest. Room were spacious, quiet and clean. Bed was soft . Staff are super friendly and supportive. Breakfast was great.
Was nice enough for a Comfort Inn, minus the 'extras' that you come to expect from Comfort Inn. The price is outrageous was charged 150 for the room plus another 34 for a pet. Google shows as 105. I was tired and ready for a nice plush bed, well bed was as hard as a rock. No comfort there. Their assortment of pillows was right on though. No coffee in the lobby I'm use to coffee and warm cookies at check in. Snacks were limited to an assortment of chocolate bars and chips. No other types of food, or pastries or packages beef sticks. There was 3 empty rows in machine. Bathroom extras was limited to shampoo and lotion hanging on the wall, none of the little extras that a hotel of this name usually stocks. The breakfast was fine , good assortment of food. This was more like a Quality Inn. Which would of been fine if the price reflected that. So just a thought, you might want to check them right down the road.
This is one of the best Comfort Inns we have ever stayed in. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained; the bed was quite comfortable and the shower head pressure was awesome! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area was inviting, the food was delicious, and the coffee was just right. This Comfort Inn should be the model for all of their hotels!
The sound on our tv was not working correctly and we asked for assistance and immediately our tv was replaced with another. The owner/manager/handyman (as he called himself) was diligent to make sure we had everything we needed and ensured that everything else in our room was in working order. Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The young lady who helped us check in helped us with a booking.com when a problem occurred with billing. She was pleasant, helpful and friendly. Such a nice overnight stay!
I stayed here a couple of months ago and was extremely impressed. The hotel sits off the Interstate and is extremely quiet. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The entire property felt very clean and safe. The staff is amazing and very friendly. My husband ate breakfast and said it was great, he also said the lady that was helping with breakfast did a fantastic job. We will definitely stay here again.
